We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your jewelry item must meet the following criteria:

It must be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn and unused, with tags intact if applicable, and in its original packaging.

You'll need to provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Measure your wrist, then use the size chart to find your HYOU fit.

A flexible measuring tape, wired earphone cable, phone charger cable, or a piece of string at least 10 inches long.

Wrap the measuring tape snugly around your wrist where you plan to wear your bracelet.
Keep it close to your skin without pulling it too tightly
Note the measurement where the tape meets.

Wrap the cable or string snugly around your wrist where you plan to wear your bracelet.
Mark the point where the end meets the rest of the cable or string and mark it with a pen.
Lay it flat and measure from the end to the mark with a ruler and note the measurement.
