Is there a warranty on HYOU jewelry?

Yes. Every piece is backed by our 2-year warranty. If something goes wrong due to materials or craftsmanship, we’ll repair or replace it, no stress, no fuss.

What exactly does the warranty cover?

Any issue caused by manufacturing defects or material flaws, within two years of your purchase. We’ll either repair the piece or send you a replacement.

How do I request a repair or replacement?

What’s not covered?

We don’t cover:

Lost or stolen items
Normal wear and tear (like scratches or bent rings)
Damage from improper care or storage
Repairs or alterations done outside of HYOU

Only products purchased directly from hyoufinejewelry.com are covered.
