What materials do you use?
Only the good stuff. Our jewelry is made with 100% precious metals, gold vermeil, solid gold, and sterling silver and lab-grown diamonds. No fillers, no shortcuts, no compromise.
Can I wear HYOU during workouts or in water?
We recommend taking it off before sweating, swimming, or showering. Our materials are premium, but they’re not indestructible. Let your jewelry rest while you move.
How should I store my HYOU jewelry?
Tangle-free. Tarnish-free. That’s the goal. Store your pieces in individual pouches or a jewelry box, away from direct sunlight, heat, or humidity. (You HYOU Box is the best place to store it.)
How do I clean my pieces?
A soft cloth does wonders. For deeper cleaning, use a gentle jewelry cleaner, but skip the ultrasonic machines. They’re too harsh for vermeil and some gemstones.
