I have worked in fine jewelry on and off for years. I got this ring for Valentines. I am more than pleased with the quality and price. I know I can get my ring replated with gold if need be in the future which is what I do every few years to my white gold wedding ring. I love your website - the photos, the aesthetics, and the navigation. My only suggestion is to allow users to save their favorites in a "save for later" type file. It takes me a while to review and narrow my selections. Once i select the items I'm going to purchase, I might want to save my other top selections for consideration next time I shop. But, currently, I have to keep external notes in order to pick up where I left off. Other than that, I love everything about the site, brand, customer service, and jewelry - especially the jewelry!. This was my second ring purchase from HYOU. I love, LOVE, love this ring! I purchased my first ring a few months ago and was anxious to get another. The challenge was choosing. When it arrived, I thought it was even more beautiful than it had appeared on the website. From the packaging, which was classy and gorgeous, to the soft, pink fabric holding my new ring, the experience was wonderful. It fit perfectly and looked amazing.
